We hope you love every ShineCub product. If you face any issue, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.


Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp at 8956477097 or email at shinecubstore@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.


Verification Before Approval

All return or refund requests undergo a short verification which includes:

  • Delivery status check on the courier portal
  • Order and product verification
  • Review of photos/videos provided
  • Additional information if required

Proof Required

For wrong item, damaged item, or missing product claims, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item received
  • Clear photo/video of the shipping label
  • Additional proof if requested

Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags
  • Invoice and freebies must be included
  • Earrings and ear cuffs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Customized/personalized/sale/Gift Packing items cannot be returned

Accepted Reasons

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged/defective item (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Size exchange (rings/bracelets)
  • Other valid issues reviewed case-by-case

Return & Exchange Shipping Policy

For ALL return and exchange requests:
Customers must ship the product back to ShineCub using any reliable courier service.

If the issue is from ShineCub’s side (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect):

  • Customer ships the product back
  • ShineCub will reimburse the return courier charges after verification
  • Refund/exchange is processed after the product is received and inspected

If the issue is from the customer’s side (size issue, dislike, change of mind, incorrect order):

  • Customer ships the product back
  • Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed
  • Refund/exchange is processed after inspection

Cross-Verification

Before approval, ShineCub verifies:

  • Delivery status
  • Order details
  • Packaging and product match
  • Submitted photos/videos

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment mode (5–7 business days after QC)
  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI/Bank Transfer

Processing Time

Once the returned item reaches ShineCub, inspection takes 2–4 business days.
After verification, the refund or exchange is processed.


Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging/tags/invoice
  • Earrings/ear cuffs
  • Personalized, custom-made, discounted, or sale items
