Dispatch Time

  • All orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer; exact timelines (if different) will be mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–6 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 3–9 business days
    Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or force-majeure events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location. Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Delivery Issues

If the courier fails to deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
